The Czech Economic Society invites submissions from all fields of economics and finance for its 11th biennial conference to be held at the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic, May 17 – 18, 2021.The conference is organised in cooperation with the University of Economics, Prague. It is supported by the Council of Scientific Societies of the Czech Republic and The National Budget Council. The financial support is provided Humusoft, s.r.o. and Bureau Van Dijk. The conference also benefits from media partnership with Roklen24.cz and magazine Bankovnictví.

The conference is organized in a hybrid format (onsite & online) to ensure effective interaction between online participants (participants that are not at the venue) and onsite participants (participants that can attend the venue).

SUBMISSIONS:
The original paper submission deadline is extended to April 23, 2021. The submissions should be sent to conference@cse.cz. Researchers are invited to submit papers in any area of economics and finance. Submissions of complete sessions devoted to specific topics are possible. Presenters may be asked to serve as discussants. Decisions on acceptance or rejection will be sent out by April 24, 2021.
REGISTRATIONS:
All presenting authors should register through the REGISTRATION FORM. Registrations of non-presenting participants are also welcome. There is no registration fee for members of the Czech Economic Society until May 1, 2021. To become a member, please follow the instructions at https://www.cse.cz/en/page/membership-and-application. After May 1, 2021 and for non-members, the conference fee is 1,000 CZK. Institutional member of the Czech Economic Society may nominate participants for free.
FREE MEMBERSHIP TO STUDENTS:
The Czech Economic Society offers free conference registration and two-year membership to students presenting at the Biennial Conference.
